HONCHA, we have QT6-15, QT8-15, QT9-15 and HERCULES block machine. The former 3 models can be designed into simple production line, which means after the blocks are produced, the curing of the blocks for drying is by manually in natural favorable temperature. However, QT9-15 and HERCULES block machine can be designed into fully-automatic production line including cuber, curing chamber, finger car, which means to cure fresh blocks quickly within a short time, it is automatic curing. Fully-automatic production line is more suitable for where the workers' salaries are very expensive.
QT6-15 is the most popular model, while there were also a few customers who bought our fully-automatic production line.
If you have available raw materials such as Sand, Gravel, Aggregates and you have at least 500 square meters land, then you can start to build a block factory for block business. For QT6-15 block machine, we suggest the workshop should be 48 meters in length, 12 meters in width and 6M in height.
For example, QT6-15 can produce 8640 PCS of hollow blocks(400*200*200mm) per 8 hours, 12960 PCS of pavers(165*200*60mm). Different kinds and shapes of blocks can be produced by just changing the mould of the block machine.
And different models of block machine has different production capacity, QT6-15 is the smallest.
